• The Ecobnb gift card is valid for 12 months


• The balance of unused vouchers will be returned to the recipient with a new gift card with the same expiry date as the original.


• Gift cards can be used to pay for the reservation of hospitality and services included. A maximum of 4 vouchers can be used per booking; if the total price of the stay exceeds its value, the price difference can be paid by credit / debit card.


• validity cannot be extended once expired.


• No returns and no refunds on gift cards.
