• Mỗi e-voucher được sử dụng 01 lần, có thể áp dụng nhiều e-voucher cho 01 hóa đơn.
• Được áp dụng chung với các ưu đãi khác tại nhà hàng.
• Không có giá trị quy đổi thành tiền mặt, không được hoàn trả tiền thừa.
• Không chấp nhận mã e-voucher quá hạn sử dụng, trạng thái đã sử dụng.
• E-Voucher áp dụng vào Lễ, Tết, Giáng Sinh (24-25/12) theo quy định của Nhà hàng và các ngày 14/2, 8/3, 20/10 và 31/12.
• Không áp dụng khi đặt bàn qua Table Now, Pasgo.
• Nhà hàng chịu trách nhiệm xuất hóa đơn tài chính cho khách hàng.
• Nếu giá trị đơn hàng của khách hàng vượt quá giá trị của e-voucher thì khách hàng phải thanh toán thêm khoản chênh lệch đó.
• Khách hàng có trách nhiệm bảo mật thông tin mã thẻ quà tặng sau khi đặt mua. Wogi sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm hoàn trả các mã thẻ bị mất hoặc ở trạng thái "Đã sử dụng" với bất kỳ lý do gì.
• Wogi sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm đối với chất lượng sản phẩm hoặc dịch vụ được cung cấp cũng như đối với các tranh chấp về sau giữa khách hàng và nhà cung cấp.
• Wogi có quyền sửa chữa hoặc thay đổi điều khoản và điều kiện sử dụng mà không thông báo trước.

• Cannot be converted into money, no refunds allowed.
• Not accepting e-voucher codes were out of date, the status was used.
• Applicable on Holidays, New Year, and Christmas (December 24-25) according to the regulations of the restaurant and on February 14, March 8, October 20, and December 31.
• Not applicable when booking through Table Now, Pasgo.
• Restaurant responsible for issuing financial invoices upon customers’ requests.
• If the value of the order is larger than the value of the e-voucher, the customer can pay the difference.
• It is the customer's responsibility to keep confidential e-voucher card information after purchase. Wogi will not be responsible for returning lost card codes or "used" status for any reason.
• Wogi is not responsible for the quality of the product or service provided, nor for future disputes between the customer and the supplier.
• Wogi has the right to amend or change the terms and conditions of use without notice in advance.
