1. The e-voucher can be used to book travel services on www.ivivu.com, excluding flight tickets.
2. Multiple e-vouchers can be used for a single order.
3. Each e-voucher is valid for a one-time use and applicable to one order only.
4. Customers may pay the remaining balance (after applying the e-voucher) via cash, bank transfer, or card.
5. iVIVU.com will only issue invoices for the additional amount paid by the customer.
6. If the e-voucher is used for international tours or individual services abroad, an additional 8% VAT refund handling fee will be charged by iVIVU.com.
7. The e-voucher is non-personalized; the holder is responsible for keeping the e-voucher information confidential. The e-voucher will be accepted for the first customer who provides the correct e-voucher code, and iVIVU.com reserves the right to refuse to resolve any disputes related to the e-voucher.
