2. The “Generic” SureGifts voucher is redeemable at all SureGifts partner merchant locations nationwide and can also be used to pay for Utility bills via the website.

 

3. The “Merchant” specific gift voucher can only be redeemed at the specific merchant location (s) either online or in physical stores.

 

4. The “Merchant” specific gift voucher can be swapped to a “Generic” or a new “Merchant” specific gift voucher on the website for a fee. https://suregiJs.com.ng/voucher-services/swap.

 

5. When redeeming your gift voucher on an ONLINE store, please note that you will be required to input a total of 16 digits to complete your purchase. That is, 12 digit voucher code and 4-digit PIN hSps://suregifts.com.ng/voucher-services/split

7. Redemption at physical stores is straightforward, indicate to the attendant that you will pay with your voucher. A machine will be presented, and you input your voucher code and PIN. A receipt is generated for your transaction.

 

8. Gift vouchers can be partially used /redeemed when shopping offline.

 

9. Gift vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

10. The recipient will settle the merchant in cash or any other acceptable payment method for any value spent exceeding the gift voucher value.

11. Gift vouchers are valid for ONE YEAR. To check the expiry date, visit htpps://suregifts.com.ng/voucher-services/checkbalance. If expired, gift cards can be automatically reactivated, however, it results in a 20% deduction of the voucher value.

12. To redeem online, you are advised to join your voucher code and PIN on the merchant's platform.
