Important information

1. Redeem E-Voucher hanya dapat dilakukan pada Aplikasi JIWA+
2. Setelah e-voucher diredeem pada aplikasi JIWA+, voucher dapat digunakan paling lambat 30 hari dari tanggal redeem.
3. Voucher tidak dapat digabungkan dengan promo lainnya (termasuk produk bundling) di Aplikasi JIWA+.
4. Penggunaan e-voucher tidak akan mendapatkan JIWA Points pada aplikasi JIWA+
5. 1 (satu) e-voucher hanya dapat digunakan untuk 1 (satu) kali per transaksi dan tidak dapat menggunakan lebih dari 1 (satu) e-voucher / transaksi.
6. Kode e-voucher yang tidak digunakan selama periode berlangsung akan dianggap hangus.
7. E-Voucher tidak dapat dikembalikan atau ditukar dengan uang tunai
8. E-Voucher yang digunakan untuk nilai transaksi JIWA+ dengan nominal lebih rendah dari nominal voucher, tidak dapat dikembalikan.
9. Pelanggan wajib membayar selisih harga apabila nilai transaksi di atas nominal E-Voucher dengan metode pembayaran yang tersedia di aplikasi JIWA+
10. Pengguna bertanggung jawab atas perlindungan dan kerahasiaan link dan kode e-voucher.
11. E-Voucher berlaku di semua outlet yang terdaftar di aplikasi JIWA+
12. E-Voucher berlaku tanpa minimum transaksi
13. E-Voucher berlaku untuk semua metode pembayaran
14. E-Voucher berlaku untuk metode Pick Up & Delivery
15. JIWA+ berhak menahan dan/atau membatalkan promo dan/atau membatasi layanan baik untuk sementara maupun permanen, kepada pengguna di rekan usaha tertentu sewaktu-waktu termasuk jika ditemuka tindakan penyalahgunaan (abusive), kecurangan (fraudulent), dan/atau aktivitas mencurigakan lainnya.
16. JIWA+ berhak untuk mengubah syarat dan ketentuan tanpa adanya pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu.


1. The Е-Voucher redemption can only be done on the JIWA+ Application
2. After the Е-Voucher is redeemed on the JIWA+ application, it can be used no later than 30 days from the redemption date.
3. The Е-Voucher cannot be combined with other promos (including bundling products) on the JIWA+ Application.
4. Using Е-Voucher will not get JIWA Points on the JIWA+ application.
5. 1 (one) Е-Voucher can only be used 1 (one) time per transaction and cannot be used for more than 1 (one) Е-Voucher/transaction.
6. Е-Vouchers that are not used during the period will be considered forfeited.
7. The Е-Voucher cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
8. The Е-Voucher used for JIWA+ transaction values with a nominal value lower than the Е-Voucher nominal cannot be returned.
9. Customers are required to pay the price difference if the transaction value is above the Е-Voucher nominal using the payment method available in the JIWA+ application
10. Users are responsible for the protection and confidentiality of links and Е-Voucher.
11. The Е-Voucher is valid at all outlets registered in the JIWA+ application.
12. The Е-Voucher is valid without a minimum transaction.
13. The Е-Voucher is valid for all payment methods.
14. The Е-Voucher is valid for Pickup & Delivery methods.
15. JIWA+ has the right to withhold and/or cancel promos and/or limit services, either temporarily or permanently, to users at certain business partners at any time, including if abusive, fraudulent, and/or other suspicious activities are discovered.
16. JIWA+ has the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notification.
