Important information
1. Validity as stated on the gift card.
2 Promotion is open to all new and existing Shopee customers.
3. Each unique voucher code is applicable for single use and cannot be combined with other codes and promotions.
4. Applicable to selected sellers only and excludes the Apple Flagship Store, Shopee Supermarket Store, and selected sellers (e.g. sgpaidads / sgsellersolutions).
5. The voucher is not valid for products in the “Miscellaneous”, “Stage 1 & 2 Milk Formulas”, and “Dining, Travel & Services” categories, as well as gold or silver bars and Seller Store Pick Up. Certain products may also be excluded due to local regulations or because they are member-exclusive items.
6. Shopee reserves the right to change these T&Cs without prior notice.
7. Shopee reserves the right to cancel suspicious orders without prior notice.
8. Voucher does not apply/cover shipping fees.
9. Vouchers are valid only on the Shopee mobile application.
10. Strictly no extension of the Redemption Period is allowed.
11. Any Vouchers that have not been redeemed by the end of the Redemption Period shall be forfeited automatically and will not be refunded.
